How do I reschedule the plan? How to manage Urgent Orders and see revised Schedule?
If there is any Urgent Order with you and you wish to Plan the same OR based on customer urgencies if you need to Reschedule an Order which was at a later priority you can follow below steps.
1. Insert Order for new orders
2. Plan Orders from Pending Orders page.
3. Save Schedule on Gantt Chart page
4. In Schedule/Inprocess Orders page, change Order Priority. Order Priorities and set in multiples of Tens, so, 1st Order is at Priority 10 and 20th Order at priority 200. You can change Priority in the middle of 10 and 20 like 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9 and FORCE RESCHEDULE.
5. After Force Reschedule, the Schedule gets changed and you can see do your activities accordingly.
