7. Quality Team can make Accepted/Rejected/Rework entries and give reasons for them. For any new reason name, Add new.
8. For any Downtime, you can update from Downtime tab.
9. Give Operator name and submit.
If on a Machine, some Job Card was scheduled, and due to some issue, we are unable to process that Job Card, you should give a Downtime Remark as Selecting Alternate task and submit. After submission, click on Alternate Task tab and select the task you want to make an entry for. After that, follow the process for Production Entry as per the above-mentioned points.
If some task was scheduled on a machine, and due to some breakdown or other reason, you wish to make production on other Machine, you should give a Downtime Remark as Selecting Alternate Machine and submit. After submission, click on Alternate Machine tab and select the machine you want to make an entry on. After that, follow the process for Production Entry as per the above-mentioned points.
For any unplanned task (the Orders not added in Plant Manager), click on Add Unplanned Task, a form will appear in the bottom of the page. Make entries as per the fields.
You can also Fetch Orders from next 24 hours.
